CONTRACT FURNITURE
The studio has designed furniture products for the contract market which range from stacking chairs, boardroom furniture, desking ranges, screens, task chairs, and meeting tables to reception seating.
We have worked with a number of European companies, which include Eglin Concourse, RDS/Akaba, Gordon Russell, Hands of High Wycombe, Pentos Office Furniture, Race Furniture, Antocks Lairn, Staverton, Five Furniture, Disform, and Santa & Cole.
Ora - RDS Solutions
Stacking chair suitable for cafes, offices or the home.
The distinctive oval back is offered in two versions, either open or closed.
The open back is visually lightweight and linear - closed, it is understated and more suited to rows of seating when linked together.
Designed with or without arms, both back and seat are made in Polyurethene which is soft to the touch for added comfort.
Pull-up boardroom seating
Originally designed for Disform in Spain, this was later taken up and developed further by the UK manufacturer Five Furniture.
It is a seating range for both the home and contract market, comprising individual chairs designed especially with the boardroom and breakout areas in mind.
The moulded back is cantilevered from the cast front leg so that it appears to ‘float’. It is made from polyurethene to give it a soft and slightly flexible feel.
The fully upholstered version has castors, making it easy to pull the chair either forwards or backwards from the table. The four legged version is a lighter option, still maintaining the cantilevered ‘floating back’ and designed to be used for meeting rooms and also with boardroom and dining tables.
